This Subprocessor Disclosure Page identifies third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that Modario LLC ("Modario," "we," "us," or "our") may use to process personal information on our behalf in connection with the Modario platform.

What Is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes personal information on behalf of Modario in order to provide, support, secure, maintain, or improve the Service.
Not every user's information will be processed by every subprocessor listed below.
Subprocessors only receive information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
