Modario LLC (“Modario,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information: Name, email address, authentication identifiers.

B. User Content: Uploaded wardrobe images, avatar photos, style preferences and selections.

C. Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, device and session information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide outfit recommendations, improve personalization, enable wardrobe and planning features, and maintain and improve the Service.

3. AI and Image Processing

We use AI systems to analyze uploaded images and generate styling insights and avatars. This may involve third-party providers.

These providers may process and temporarily store your data. We do not control their independent retention policies.

4. Data Retention

Wardrobe and uploaded images are stored for up to six (6) months and then permanently deleted from our systems. Some processed data may persist in anonymized or derived forms.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with AI providers, infrastructure providers, and payment processors where necessary to provide the Service.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including authentication safeguards and secure storage practices. However, no system is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

8. Children’s Privacy

Modario is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Supabase (authentication/storage), Apple (billing), and AI providers (image processing). Each may have its own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
