I got the idea for Modario during one of my many walks in New Jersey in the fall of 2025. When I got home, I described the entire idea to my friend and roommate, who immediately vibed with it.

At first, I was skeptical. I was going through a difficult time in my life. Motivation was hard to find, opportunities seemed limited, but I still had ambition and the skills to build something meaningful.

I started working on Modario as a side project.

Things changed when I began talking to friends about the idea. One after another, they told me they would absolutely use it. They talked about how stressful it was planning outfits for the week, for trips, for events, or simply figuring out what to wear every day.

That was when I realized there might be something bigger here.

I had an opportunity. I had a vision. The only thing left was finding a way to bring that vision to life with the resources I had available.

I spent months researching, staying up late, talking to people, gathering feedback, and building. Eventually, I had a product that was viable enough to release.

But viable doesn't mean good.

“Sometimes you gotta run before you can walk.”

There was a quote from Iron Man that had stuck with me for years. When Tony Stark was testing the Mark II suit, JARVIS warned him that there were still countless calculations to be done and that the test could end badly. Tony's response stayed with me throughout the process.

So I took the leap.

I released Modario.

The response was better than I expected. The reviews were encouraging, people were using it, and for the first time I could see the vision becoming something real.

Since then, every day has been about making the experience better. Sometimes that means small tweaks and improvements. Sometimes it means major updates. But the goal has always stayed the same.
